Our Legacy and Growth
Van Rensburg, Koen & Baloyi Attorneys has a proud history rooted in collaboration, professionalism and growth. In 2005, the firms of Werner van Rensburg and Liezel Koen merged and Jimmy Baloyi was appointed as the third partner, officially forming Van Rensburg, Koen & Baloyi Attorneys. (Jimmy Baloyi resigned in February 2009.)
In 2021 the firm was incorporated and now operates as Van Rensburg, Koen & Baloyi Attorneys Incorporated, with three directors: Werner van Rensburg, Liezel Koen and Hlubi Radebe. Each director has distinguished themselves in their respective legal fields and together lead a dynamic and client-focused practice offering a broad range of legal services.
